Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support our growing international customer base.
This role focuses on providing clear, professional, and solution-oriented support to customers purchasing WatchMatic products. You will work remotely and communicate primarily via email and online support channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, and delivery questions
- Handle returns, refunds, and post-purchase support in line with company policies
- Address customer concerns calmly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate with internal teams when issues require further investigation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for follow-up and reporting
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Customer-first mindset with a professional and respectful tone
- Familiarity with online retail platforms or support tools is a plus
